Size based on measurement chart only!!
If you order your size based on the measurements provided on the sizing chart it fits as expected. Do not order based on what you would normally wear or the associated common sizes with the given measurements. Only order based on measurements. It’s a cute suit it’s nice coverage for your bottom (my teen daughter wears this). This is our required team suit. I think it’s a bit high priced for a suit but after being at a swim meet I’m ok with the price- I saw too many girls with the swim team seats that were nearly going up their bottoms because they were so small in the back! This suit gave nice coverage to our teams bottoms but not so much that it looked like a grandma suit 😂

Buy this suit! So supportive and comfortable!! You will feel confident and beautiful in it!
Love this swimsuit so far! I have only been lap swimming in it once. I ordered a size 38. I’m 5’4” and 198 lbs. I carry most of my weight in my hips, but and thighs. I also have a fairly long torso. This fits me perfectly! It doesn’t cut in too much around the thighs, it fits snug but holds me in well. I also have a large bust (34DDD) and I loved the support it gives me compared to other suits I’ve tried on. (I was a swimmer in high school so I am used to a snug fit.) I tried on a few Nike suits and I was a size 36 in nike, but those had no support compared to this suit. I would say it runs smaller than Nike suits, but feels much more quality. Thick material, without being overwhelming. Also loved that it doesn’t hold a ton of water once you get out of the pool. I was able to put my clothes back over my suit after a quick dry with a towel, and I had no wet spots on my clothes. Makes it easy to wear to the gym and shower at home. Buy this suit!! I feel so confident in it! Will post a photo soon.

Picture review on 34
I’m 5”4, 127 lb and got 34. True to size. I tried this today for the first time for my lab swimming and was perfect. I’m really happy with this purchase. I’m reviewing with this picture because no one yet posted, so hopefully it could help your choice.
Sorry for the dirty mirror though.

Very pretty
This swimsuit is very nice looking. I feel like a champion whenever I wear it. Beware of the size as it is smaller than other TYR swimsuits (I own other TYR swimsuits, all size 28, and they fit a bit bigger and expand a lot better than this suit). Since it fits smaller, I would hurt and leave marks the first weeks you wear it. It starts getting a little bit loose (just a bit though) after a few months of use.

Daughter was happy with the fit.
I bought this in black & white for my nine-year-old daughter as specified by the neighborhood swim team. She was happy with the fit, and is not constantly picking at her butt the way she does with ordinary swim suits. The workmanship is good, the quality is good. The suit performs as designed. I’m happy.
If you’ve never bought a suit like this before, you need to be aware that there is not as much “give” as you may be accustomed to in a typical swim suit. However, this is a good thing, as the suit will stay on, and there is no “slippage.” This thing is built for serious swimming.

Go 3 sizes up for comfortable fit
Because competitive swimmers like to wear their suits SUPER small, I took the advice of others who had left reviews and ordered 2 sizes up from my what my 9-year-old normally wears. She wears a size 10/12 clothing and I ordered a size 28. My advice is go up at least THREE sizes. This suit just fits her, and she is tall, so I’m hoping she can still fit into it by the end of summer, much less next summer, if she’s willing to wear it that tight.I wish I had gotten her a size 30 so she could get 2 swim seasons wear out of it.
