What is JustGT.shop?

JustGT.shop is a local retailer of products that can be customizable and are used to inform, educate, inspire, and to market yourself, business, or sport team. We currently only have a store in New Mexico, but with our online website it allows for us to ship all over the United States and worldwide. We are partnered with top brands to give you the best gear, equipment, and apparel at an affordable price.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Depending on size of order and type of product it is usually shipped and delivered in 1 -2 weeks, unless you choose a rush order then it is shipped and delivered in less than a week.
How long does custom orders take to be processed?

For custom orders it takes 1-3 days for it to be processed.

Can I do a bulk order for my business, team, or club, etc?

What is the return/refund policy?

General Items from JustGT.Shop can be returned within 30 days of receipt of product in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Returnable items must be new and unused, with tags intact and packaging included. Shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund/credit to be processed and in the case of a refund 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.

Steps for a Return/Refund

  • Please see the steps to return or request a refund:
  • Refunds or Returns Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of item(s).
    1. Requests with in 2 weeks = Refund
    2. Requests with in 3-4 weeks = Store Credit
  • Contact us at JustGTCS@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your request. Images of the product would be helpful.
  • Once approved, you will receive a link to print the return label. Print it and send your items back to the address below. The shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your return/credit.

  • When we receive your items we will mail you a confirmation email.
  • Customized Items:
  • GT goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, GT accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by GT merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

Does GT Delivery?

Yes we do. Depending on where you live will determine how much shipping costs.
