Great product! A boon to coaches and athletes alike. Only blemish if I would find in the design is… the wires from the main unit to the ear pieces seem to be delicate and I have to be super careful with the device to not break the wires!

Works well most of the time
Works well, but malfunctions quite often. It won’t turn off/on sometimes (even when it’s fully charged). I need to connect it to a power source to reboot and then it works..
