Way too big.
Take your waist measurement and subtract by 4 inches. I normally wear size 30 speedo briefs and these are way to wide at the waist.
Otherwise, they look decent.

Great Suit.
I’m a former competitive swimmer who now just swims for cardio/fitness. I’ve used this suit every day for a week now and it is great! The speedo version of this was too tight in the leg openings. This is not too loose, not too tight. Provides just enough extra drag in the water for training. Highly recommend. I’m 6’1”, 185 lbs, muscular, 31 inch waist and I bought a size 32.

What’s to say? If you swim regularly you have these already. They are a staple for daily laps.

Not for big butts.
The quality is good in that you don’t have to worry about it ripping but it is designed for people with small butts. If you have a normal sized butt, expect your crack to be showing a bit at the top. Order at least one size bigger than you would a speedo.

Enjoy suit. Keep away from high heat.
Fit well for 32 waist, no irritation or chaffing on skin. This is my second suit as my first one was left in a car during summer. The high heat caused the rubber lining along the drawstring will stiffen up.

This is a great suit for active swimmers
This is a great suit for active swimmers. It removes a lot of the excess material found in a lot of other suits (i.e. board shorts) that can make lap swimming awkward; without such a tight fit that you feel sucked into it. Dries quickly. The only negative is that the back is cut low, and doesn’t completely cover. I have a high posterior though so I doubt it would be a problem for most.
